Robert Mack, a former Big 5 Management Consultant and Executive Coach for Deloitte Consulting, has worked with dozens of Fortune 500 companies across all industries in his last 10 years of professional career.
Finance industry clients have included: Bank of America, MBNA, GM Financial, Capital One, American ExMEDIA and others. As a business consultant, Mack has worked to increase client profitability and long-term business growth by minimizing client risk through strategic, technological, process-related, and people-related change initiatives.
Mack, 31 years old, was an honors graduate from the US News and World Report’s #1 ranked Liberal Arts College in the nation, Swarthmore College, in 1999. Upon graduation, he joined Deloitte Consulting as part of their analyst program and worked his way up to manager in 4 short years. During that time, Mack pursued a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree and then a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) degree from the University of Pennsylvania, an ivy-league institution.
In addition to his service with Falcon Credit Management, Mack now owns and operates his own coaching company, a company that—like Falcon Credit Management—is focused on providing wealthier, healthier, and happier lives for its clients.
